Pros
I've seen the evolution of this company over the last 12 years. I've been here through the good times, and the not so good times. I've always had faith in the products, and been partial to the fact we place an American Flag on the back of every product we sell. Cutera's R&D, clinic, and manufacturing are all based right in the Bay Area, all under one roof which is very unique in this space. The leadership under Larry Laber and Keith Adams has put Cutera in a position to be the #1 company in the industry, a quick glance at the public performance compared to our competitors makes it pretty clear. I say all this because I crossed over the Glass Door app today, and wanted to give my two cents. I'm extremely proud to work for this company, and I'm excited to see what the next 12 years brings......the future looks so bright!!
Cons
Prepare to buckle down and work! However if you are passionate about what you do, and have the same goal as everyone else on the team....to be #1....it's not really a con. Nothing good comes easy, and no company in the world is perfect. We have our issues, and continue to get better...but again, it's all about the common goal...numero uno!!
