Pros
I came here with no industry experience a couple years ago. I have had the benefit of seeing this company transform from a small to a larger company. In the process I have transformed the financial landscape of my life and the best part is, as a rep, I feel that I actually have had a material contribution to this exponential growth. This is a sales driven environment in the purest form. You are expected to run your territory as though its your own business. For those up to this task, it is a dream job. No limit on commissions or bonus. The more effectively you run "your business" the more you make.
Cons
In my opinion, there aren't any cons. It is a lot of work but for those who are wired the right way, they will work hard no matter what. You might as well do it in an environment where you get rewarded for it.
