Pros
Three weeks of PTO given. Lots of overtime work opportunity (more money for you) but you're mandated to work on weekends too especially on the last 1-2 weeks of every end of each quarters. A lot of free-food events and parties thrown by event committee. Relaxed work environment and every personnel is nice. There are 2 showers upstairs and a small gym downstairs. Lockers are provided for most production personnels. Benefit premium without dependents is affordable enough.
Cons
Could pay the college-educated employees more. You can't borrow future PTO--you have to accrue them first. Some department personnel could be trained better on GMP and GDP. Lastly, so much lack of interpersonal communication everywhere which becomes irritating.
