Deceptive Company without morals - ASM (Area Sales Manager) Cutera Employee Review

Outrageously stressful working environment. Middle management has no idea what they are doing. Micromanaged beyond belief. Absolutely no work-life balance. You will be expected to work six to seven days a week. Numerous 7pm mandatory calls. Ridiculous and irrelevant forced activities. Redundant team calls. ZERO training. Constant lying to prospects who should never invest in a laser. No after sales support. I could go on and on, but I prefer to put this dark part of my life behind me. This is just a warning to steer far away from this company, and to not believe a word of what they tell you during the recruitment process.
