^Politics base on ethnicity *Sexual harassment cases observed *Discrimination from minorities on charge towards other minorities *There is no way for promotion or career advances *Microscopic salary increments *Some techs have total lock of knowledge of their positions *There are no efforts at all to retain personnel *Tense working environment * No working hours flexibility * Techs alliances frame up other techs for task failure * Upper management does not care at all what lower management is doing in manufacturing.
