Fraudulent practices with customers that involve fake contracts with false terms and conditions with the sole purpose of securing the deal in the moment with no intention to deliver on promises. Regional Managers are complicit and boastful in taking advantage of doctors. They often refer to doctors as “nerds”. If you speak up against these practices you are targeted for retaliation. Compensation plans are completely misrepresented with no oversight by senior management. Expected to work on paid holidays and at the whim and personal needs of the District Manager. HR knows this happens and does nothing to intervene. All around terrible culture.
