HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - Territory Manager Cutera Employee Review

I’ve been in sales with great success for about 8 years and this is hands down the most toxic working environment I could have possibly ever imagined. They sell you on the dream that never comes true. They don’t promote employees because the managers don’t want to take less of a cut of the deal. Managers and teammates steal deals from you or change the paperwork on the back end to give themselves a bigger cut completely cheating you out of your money. Commission payouts have NEVER been on time. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO respect for work life balance. The micromanaging that I had experienced was unlike any other that I could have imagined. They make your life a living nightmare that no amount of money is worth. No matter what you are told or promised, RUN. Ask yourself why there are so few employees that have been with the company more than 2 years. Oh and don’t forget the sexual harassment/misconduct that is experienced throughout the ENTIRE company across the entire country regardless of area, job role, or gender. If you’re an awful person and have no problem with that then by all means sign up - you’ll fit right in.
