Pros
This is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. The team culture is beyond anything I would’ve imagined and the opportunity to grow your skills as a sales person and move up in the company is unmatched. I’ve made some fantastic friends in coworkers and it’s really a family/friends style organization. This job requires hard work but if you put the work in, the rewards are about as good as it gets. I was a bit hesitant to join this company because I had seen a few bad reviews, but I haven’t once seen anything negative and this place has blown me away. If you have the opportunity to work for this booming company, jump at it. I did and I haven’t looked back. Once of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

No cons but if you’re not a hard worker, this company probably isn’t for you. Those who put the hours and the work in are rewarded heavily.
