they don’t physically assault you. only verbally, mentally and emotionally.
Cons
These group of animals have a special place waiting in H*ll for them. Sexual harassment, bullying , shaming , blatant racism. Anything for a buck mentality. No loyalty , no moral compass. Bad behavior is not just tolerated it’s encouraged. Everyone from the CEO, HR management knows what’s going on and they allow it and many participate. the ones who don’t, sweep it under the rug. They salesforce as a whole degrades and speaks poorly of african american physicians saying they have bad credit don’t sell to them. they say indians and asian doctors are cheap. only one black person on entire US salesforce. this is just the tip of the iceberg. if you close your eyes and imagine the worst transgressions and events that you possibly can , ….it’s 100x worse then that !
