Pros
Compensation structure is in the mix and can generate a great deal of revenue. This will depend on where you land with salary and how the market is.
Cons
There is an extreme battle with leadership up top and a great deal of bad press with the company. From a sales aspect, the leadership is a bit lost in the sauce. The environment is very "reactive" with failure to hit numbers, and is addressed in a micro-management manner. Most of the leadership has gained their positions post-pandemic and favoritism. You will see a great deal of unprofessionalism that applies help to only those that drink the koolaid.
