Cons
- several and random lay offs. - including service directors, there was a big boardroom “brawl” that pitted the previous CEO with the board members/investors. - Stock went from $50+, down to $1.40. - Several systems being sold and repaired to customers consistently failing as a “DOA” or even shortly after repairs. - Part shortages are very rampant and honestly have been susceptible to high failure rates. - the company’s environment is stressful. You constantly hear “layoffs”, “at least I still have my job”, profanities, disorganization, several directors and departments completely laid off and wiped from the company. - due to layoffs, several departments have had to pick up the slack of the laid off departments with very little to no training, no additional compensation. - there is no transparency and very weak communication. The company seems very reactive and it feels complacent with the “wait and see” approach. - Several veterans of this company (decades with Cutera, 20+ years!) have left for greener pastures. Some have even complained that they lost so much as they previously invested, several other employees, even current employees looking for other employment opportunities. It’s heart wrenching at times just even coming into work.
