There are no good reason to work with this employer unless until you got stuck with your VISA Status

I definitely won't recommend this company to work with, horrible communication with their employees and paychecks are too late. you won't get any pay check on time. They won't respond to any one of your emails and calls. I got stuck here since the vendor has referred this company for H1B candidates. There is no growth. Also if you lost your project they won't help you to find another one.
