All employers come with challenges and CTEC is no exception, but in the time I have been with the company I have learned resilience. Upper management is open to ideas and allow you to create new process and work through different situations.

Cons

None really because it is a growing company going though a transitional phase.

Honestly there aren’t any pros since the founder CEO Kay Ramesh left

Cons

New CEO Joel ran the company to the ground. After he was let go for losing his federal clearance (yea, the CEO lost his federal clearance!), the next CEO is a nice person but has never led a company before. They have lost all contracts one by one and are barely surviving on the old contracts Kay had won
