Horrible place to work. Owners (Raj and Kay) care nothing about employees. The owners are NEVER wrong and are unapologetic. Employees are often QUICKLY thrown to the wolves (meaning SOME of the customers) for the sake of the owners maintaining their contracts. The owners will not protect their employees from the ill-will or unethical mistreatment of some customers. The company reek of workplace inequality and unprofessionalism. Just no leadership.

Honestly there aren’t any pros since the founder CEO Kay Ramesh left

Cons

New CEO Joel ran the company to the ground. After he was let go for losing his federal clearance (yea, the CEO lost his federal clearance!), the next CEO is a nice person but has never led a company before. They have lost all contracts one by one and are barely surviving on the old contracts Kay had won
