I had some pretty extreme life changes happen to me in a very short period of time. The company/leadership stood behind me and for that I will always be grateful. They could have cut bait which I have seen at other jobs but they didn't.

Cons

no 401k match currently but I think this may be changing soon.

Honestly there aren’t any pros since the founder CEO Kay Ramesh left

Cons

New CEO Joel ran the company to the ground. After he was let go for losing his federal clearance (yea, the CEO lost his federal clearance!), the next CEO is a nice person but has never led a company before. They have lost all contracts one by one and are barely surviving on the old contracts Kay had won
