Buyer Beware! - Program Manager Cybermedia Technologies Employee Review

Pros

Worth considering ONLY if 1.) you're interviewing for a billable, contractor position because the Program Managers and Directors are good people (although over worked and underpaid) or 2.) You absolutely have no other options available and you're in dire need of a paycheck. Corporate support teams work hard and are team players, unfortunately the talented people rarely stay with the company for more than a year.

Cons

One of the worst companies I've worked for due to the two-person ownership team who also constitute the senior leadership team. Absolutely zero employee-centrism, zero customer-centrism, extremely frugal, horrible benefits, low pay, no investment in the organization, profits only benefiting ownership team, no training / education / certification reimbursement, 401k is weak and you'll be burnt-out well before contributions are vested, no recognition, affirmation, or celebrations for successful deliveries or project wins, "bait and switch" customers, teaming partners, and staff.

Pros

Honestly there aren’t any pros since the founder CEO Kay Ramesh left

Cons

New CEO Joel ran the company to the ground. After he was let go for losing his federal clearance (yea, the CEO lost his federal clearance!), the next CEO is a nice person but has never led a company before. They have lost all contracts one by one and are barely surviving on the old contracts Kay had won
