Pros

CTEC is a small company with around 180 people. You feel like a person and not just a number. Management is very communicable, and transparent about what's going on with the projects.

Cons

The benefits are not great. The medical insurance is very expensive and You have to wait 5 years to receive a third week of vacation/

Honestly there aren’t any pros since the founder CEO Kay Ramesh left

Cons

New CEO Joel ran the company to the ground. After he was let go for losing his federal clearance (yea, the CEO lost his federal clearance!), the next CEO is a nice person but has never led a company before. They have lost all contracts one by one and are barely surviving on the old contracts Kay had won
