Pros
In the Cybernetics Sales Department, the people that fail are the ones that would fail almost any where else. The people that succeed at Cybernetics are the ones that choose to take it upon themselves to establish a foundation and pipeline from the ground up. If you're not willing to work hard, be consistent, efficient, and be patient-- selling used cars may be a better fit for you. The money here can be good. But it's your choice if you want to make it or not. Management does not hound you or treat you like a child. The owners are good people that DO care about their employees. They HIRED YOU to sell, so if you expect someone to feed you purchase orders to fill out all day, go sell smart phones.
Cons
1) Training- they usually start you in R&D for a month before one or two months sitting in on sales calls. It should be the other way around. I don't know what I'm looking at in R&D, and no one in tech support or R&D should have anything to do with training a sales guy.
