Pros
CyberSource was the first e-commerce gateway solution, so it is an industry giant with decades of experience and a large customer base Perfect company for employees who want stability and are risk-averse
Cons
- It was founded in 1994, and has been stuck in that era since. It's trying to modernise, but it's doing so very awkwardly - Visa, Inc. (which acquired CyberSource in 2010) makes it very difficult to allocate the budget required for new headcount aka career progression
