- Flexible working, inclusive, good culture - Excellent training support, mentoring, feedback, empowerment. Continuous improvement is a strong driver at all levels. Most staff are keen to give and accept feedback. Very friendly environment. Great work/life balance approach in almost all engineering departments. Agile at a team level.
