Many opportunities for creating success, learn and evolve. A large percentage of smart/great people, being under Visa umbrella offers a lot of value and great benefits. CyberSource has the ability to offer more of what Visa offers to employees.

Some earlier leaders that originate from the CyberSource leadership team are very talented and capable. Unfortunately some are allowing disconnected and unqualified managers to bully potential leaders for their own gain (trying to make others look bad so they can make themselves seem more valuable), holding talent back and hindering success for the organization. New opportunities to market tend to be blocked for capable team members, resulting in decreasing success that has opportunity to flourish. Either these areas of management need to see these issues, or they need to be 'seen' by other Executive Management as part of a larger problem. Symptoms have been surfacing, however they are being overlooked. Also greatly understaffed in some critical areas.
