Pros
-Opportunity to grow (CBX--Lead/Studio Manager) -Flexible schedule; since the hours of the business vary, you can generally work your shifts around your availability. This is a huge pro if you have a "day job" or another part time job -You get to ride for FREE; this is a huge bonus because gym memberships cost A TON -I rarely encounter tough to work with customers!
Cons
-The franchises are (for the most part) independently owned and operated, so depending on location, management styles can vary. I've worked at two different locations now and they have been entirely opposite experiences -Some of the shifts are a lot shorter than others, so it can be difficult to reach your preferred maximum hours
