DO NOT WORK HERE! - GM Manager CycleBar Employee Review

Owners lead by intimidation. Staff are talked down to. Instructors are docked pay. Studio has no land line and GM is expected to have a cell phone on them all the time. Ownership gives classes away but charges too much for memberships. They have been through several leaders and dont show regard for employees. Membership is lacking and often you wake up at 330am for classes with 3 people. No real room for advancement. No Benefits.
