      Cyera has an innovative culture, despite growing in headcount it still has the capabilities to innovate and expand. The hiring team does a great job of bringing in the best people

      WLB is harder to manage than other tech companies, still working on get rid of "verbal documentation/Toshba"

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
