      * The People - high achievers with a can-do attitude and minimal egos are the rule here, not the exception. This translates into great atmosphere and a focus on delivering and winning the business. No politics, everyone works together to make it happen (and have some fun doing so) . * The Market / Potential - The DSPM market is new, expanding fast, and up for grabs. This means that growth potential for the company is immense.

      Cons

      * It's a fast-paced, dynamic startup - need to be flexible and receptive to changes, and to put in the work. But its very rewarding, and the size and pace of the company means your work makes an impact.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
