      Pros

      Cyera is on fire in the market. Partners love the tech, the sales team is engaging and there is a huge opportunity to make money and grow your career with focus.

      Cons

      Typical startup pains around communication and moving too fast. That being said, I'd rather have that than the pain of sitting around because we do not have the right product market fit.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
