      Pros

      Culture is amazing. Focus heavily on customer experience, drives sticky product. Innovation never stops. It’s fun. Leadership sets very clear expectations, you know what you have to do. Tons of career advancement opportunities. It’s really fun group.

      Cons

      Lots of travel, man hours of work a week. No time for PTO.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
