      Surrounded by the best and the brightest. Cyera has been able to really hire the most talented and hard working individuals and this creates a culture where you’re surrounded by excellence and want to push yourself to ensure you’re not dragging down the average.

      Cons

      It’s not easy. Everyone is working very hard to make this company great and it’s taken everything to continue pushing beyond what you may expect at other companies. But there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
