Our founders, G&A and sales leadership teams are deeply committed to the success of its employees, consistently providing the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive and rolling up their sleeves alongside their employees. It’s clear they believe in investing in people who are willing to put in the hard work, and they do a great job recognizing and celebrating those who go above and beyond. The positive environment makes it easy to feel motivated, and it’s refreshing to be part of a company where hard work is both appreciated and encouraged. I’m grateful to work in a place where dedication truly makes a difference.
Cons
While there are many positive aspects to working here, there were some challenges with new leadership coming on board. Some of the new leaders haven’t taken the time to connect with the existing members of the team, and their approach has often come across as distant, lacking the humble and collaborative atmosphere that was once a hallmark of the company. There is an increasing tendency for new leadership to delegate tasks without fully engaging in the work themselves, which has been a source of frustration for some of the team who are expected to deliver without context or clear communication. It’s been a shift away from the more hands-on, all-in attitude that the company values.
