      Pros

      Cyera is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The product is interesting and combines data with security in a unique way. The research group is a core element in the company, and it makes it great to be in, tackling unique problems. The overall culture is also a big plus, working with great people who are the best in what they do, and are also very nice.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and always changing - it might not fit for everyone.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that addresses real-world data security concerns. The tech is very relevant to the current AI landscape and helps accelerate AI initiatives across enterprises in a secure manner. Management has done a good job bringing self-actualized talent into the organization and keeping them motivated. The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      Cons

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
