      Pros

      - Less work pressure (Depends on the manager) - Nice Premises & Location

      Cons

      - Salary hike on an avg. is about 4% - No Work ethics - No sense of professional behaviour - HR is the biggest set back. HR people can't even speak or write good English. - No paternity Leave .... and they call it an MNC ?????

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
