Pros
After several years with the company, Other than decent compensation, I’m genuinely struggling to identify meaningful positives. The experience has left me feeling depleted and discouraged, with little sense of support or growth. It’s been a challenging place to work, and I hope the organization eventually takes steps to address the underlying issues that impact employee morale and long-term engagement.
