Very good Campus, good and friendly people around, you will get opportunity to work in different projects (even if you dnt want sometimes), extra-curricular activities, job security, no fluctuation in other expenses like vehicle fair and food even if the market value defers.
Cons
Office hours 9.30 hours (strict card punching policy), some projects do not have good tools to work on, so it's a luck's call for you in that case. Weekend working days, specially for freshers, it's a usual case. Most of the time below expectations in hike and rating. Pay is not that good. Less Onsite Opportunities. You have to fight for what you deserve, in the sense you have to show the management what and how you are working. If you are a silent bug and only focus on your work, this place is not for you. canteen food is not that good.
