      1. Less work pressure 2. Good peers 3. Social life 4. Lot of fun activities

      Cons

      1. Lots of politics 2. Middle level management not efficient. 3. Managers play a lot of politics 4. Unqualified Middle level management 5. Earlier they used to do town hall meetings which was one of the best medium by which employees communicate there problem to management. 6. Bad HR practices

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
