I have done B.Tech + MBA in these 10 Yrs and learnt advanced analytic software courses. So you can understand how much they have motivated me. 2) Cyient: Cyient treats all the employees as family. 3) CEO: Even CEO is always get in touch with Level 1 - 4 associates to understand their views and feedbacks. It is really great opportunity to share our views, issues, feedbacks and improvements directly with CEO.
Cons
Initial days I have observed delay in the process of Compensation benefits. If I am considering last 2 or 3 years, it was really a fantastic change in the process in terms of Transparency, Benefit Policies, flow of Process etc. So heart fully I appreciate Cyient for enhancing the policies and culture of Compensation process.
