      Nice company with good facilities, emerging as the best service providers. Technical learning can be gained as much as it has in past 10 years of its service in the market. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      less salary.Three years of BOND for the freshers, with less salary, no performance appraisal till 2years for freshers.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
