A great place to start career, the exposure you get at early stage of career itself brings business knowledge. Company has put lot of effort on L&D activities which helps you develop the characters required for future & the drive for innovation is best in industry

Pros

Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

Cons

Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
