      It was flexible. I do appreciate that aspect of the Job

      Cons

      Benefits are very limited, we never got paid for the hours we worked, very bad communication between management. Not really a concern for employees. Standards were too low. Layoff without a moments notice.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
