Extending post work hours is generally not expected (specially for women). 6. Celebration of festivals with full enthusiasm and frequent team outings . 7. HRs are cooperative.
Cons
1. Negligible to no work pressure which also limits the learning opportunities . 2. Most of the project are confined to domain specific knowledge . 3. Mandatory to complete 9.5 hours on a daily basis. 4. Work from home facility is not available. 5. Bond of 3 years for freshers with whopping bond amount of 2 lakhs 6. Notice period of 2 months during probation and 3 months post confirmation. 7. Transport team is not much cooperative. 8. Tea/Coffee is chargeable.
