      Echo friendly environment in office, freedom is good, well opportunities in knowledge gaining

      Cons

      Very slow financial growth, all politics done by higher management only, sometimes the employees fired due to lack of projects in management

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
