      There are no pros to this company.

      Cons

      All your time off is in one PTO bank and it takes forever to fill up. So if you get sick you are SOL The benefits are pathetic. Management punishes hard-working people while the slackers do not get punished.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
