      Pros

      Upper lavel management is good

      Cons

      horrible middle management, no work ethics and business ethics, cheating associate is in their blood, horrible hr and their policies feels Like they're doing personal favour. They cheat USA gov't also, send associate to USA saying on industrial generator, but they get work done on aero engine, their USA pay a pizza delivery boy also laugh in USA. Salary and hike will give based on person not his skills or work.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
