      You get an appropriate platform to showcase your skills & knowledge if you join as a fresher

      Cons

      Growth rate is very poor Salary hike is pathetic if you join as a fresher & continue for more than 2 years

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
