Pros
Those who don't want to work can get a cushy management job with this company (if they just happen to know somebody high up).
Cons
Work my butt off here for years and get no raises, and no explanation why. This year no raise again , but they did offer a very lame explanation..the "customer won't pay us enough". Did you ever think of getting rid of some of the dead weight at the top? You could save $$$ and give some of it to those of us who actually WORK here.
