I was fortunate enough that I got transferred to a new team, which had great people, understanding, knowledge and flexible.
Cons
No perks. Less salary. Managers are rude, inflexible and not at all understanding. I was once called to work from office and the manager who called me didn't pick my call for a week. One day he said, who asked you to come to office. this is how the management is..sick and idiots
