      Pros

      Gives a corporate entry to fresh graduates Good bonhomie within teams and organization

      Cons

      Not much technical knowledge available to learn Stagnancy in skillset building. Salary not that motivating. Freshers requied to sign bonds for 3 years

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
