      Flexible hours unlimited OT depending on program great to learn basic work skills and develop those to a proficient level

      Cons

      low base pay no room for growth low PTO little to no investment into employees changes are communicated poorly management has little to no communication going above and beyond nets very little, only noticed by your team and manager and will not net in a raise

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
