      Pros

      None None None None None. Best decision was leaving this place. My only regret was that it took me so long.

      Cons

      Pay. Management support. Time off. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. The senior managent team is racist. Their biggest contact is with Pratt & Whitney and they will allow the Pratt people to treat their employees any kind of way. Don't be fooled.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
