      Pros

      Technical work in aero space is very good. Higher management alinement towards innovation. Work environment relations are good. Onsite placements are good.

      Cons

      Management approach towards business is not future looking. Growth after certain stage(10yrs) is stagnating. Top Management doesn't want changes in middle management. Salarys low.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
