Great job for recent college graduates who are looking for experience. Many new hires use the company to jump start their career or to get a job with Cyient's clients. Work with one of the best aerospace clients. 401k, health benefits, dental, vision.
Cons
This year they picked the worse insurance provider ever. From one of the best to one of the worst. Very uncomfortable work environment. Management makes rounds every hour making sure you are at your desk and you are actually working. If you go to the bathroom too often it's a problem. Standing at the printer for too long. It's a problem. Very paranoid management makes for very uncomfortable work environment. .
